Is there anything to install to use Direct Invoice?
No, our application is available worldwide without any installation. Access it anytime through your web browser.
Is your site and my data secure?
Yes, all data exchanges are secured via SSL encryption. We also backup the database several times per day.
Are my data still my property?
You data are private and always belongs to you. You can export your data anytime or use our API to retrieve your whole account's information.
Can I change plans at anytime?
Yes you can change your plan anytime with no additionnal fees. We automatically calculate the prorate when you upgrade or cancel in the middle of a month.
Is there any hidden cost?
No, you pay the same amount each month. There is no setup or update fees.
What are the available payment methods?
